Freedom is a big word. Many people think that freedom will lead to happiness, and vice versa

Freedom is the right or ability to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint.
In the beginning, it is best to start small.
When I talk to people the main topic which comes up around freedom is about money and their desires around money, they often talk about the big things they want. They may be wanting financial freedom, a new house, more time with family or better health. What I have found is that when you break that down into smaller pieces and work on each piece as it comes up, one by one, you will begin to see what actually matters to you around those bigger goals. But there are some triggers that we all have around money that can hold us back from moving forward. Money can also be a very emotive topic, many people don’t want to talk about money as they feel it creates arguments, resentment or bad feeling. You maybe embarrassed by what you earn (more or less) in relation to family or friends.
The first thing to understand is why you are holding on to these emotions in the first place. Maybe it’s because somewhere in your past you were triggered with an emotion around money – whether it was being poorer growing up or an experience at a later stage of life – and now you feel bad when it comes to your relationship with money. Maybe you feel you don’t deserve your earnings and someone will find you out that you aren’t good enough to be earning it.
The first step towards creating your financial freedom is to become aware of the negative thoughts you have about money. This can be difficult because our thoughts are often subconscious, so they’re not always easy to catch. The good news is that you can reprogram your subconscious mind.
Do you have emotion around money?
