You have a list as long as your arm of things you need to do and still haven't even made a dent in it. You feel exhausted, stressed out and overwhelmed. If you're like most people, you probably reach for a cup of coffee or some other caffeinated beverage to give yo

u that extra boost of energy. Do you start the morning with a coffee?

Once the caffeine kicks in you feel energised and the workload doesn't seem as daunting. You think to yourself, "This is going to be fun! I can do this!" And then…as soon as the caffeine wears off, so does your enthusiasm and motivation. You find yourself right back where you started feeling stressed, exhausted and overwhelmed.

This is what I like to call…The Overwhelm Cycle, similar to the anxiety cycle but here you just feel completely flat and deflated.

Two examples of things making us feel this way:

1) We're trying to do too much and trying to do it all at once!

2) We can't say No and want to make sure everything is correct!!!

Do you do this?
