What are you holding onto?

Many of my sessions we go through “stuff” the kind of stuff which sits In our minds and is normally festering.

Here are the top 5, but there are so many more.

  1. Negative self-talk: People often have a hard time letting go of negative thoughts about themselves because they may have internalised them over time and believe them to be true.

  2. Trauma: Traumatic experiences can leave a lasting impact on an individual's thoughts and emotions, making it difficult for them to let go of the memories associated with the trauma.

  3. Fear of the unknown: People may struggle to let go of thoughts related to potential future negative outcomes because it can be difficult to come to terms with the uncertainty of the future.

  4. Regret: Regret can be difficult to let go of because it is often associated with feelings of guilt and remorse for past actions or decisions.

  5. Grudges: Holding grudges can be difficult to let go of because it may be associated with feelings of anger and a desire for revenge or justice.

All of these and more can add to our daily pressures. It can build up and cause frustration and overwhelm within us.

It’s not good to bottle it up, it can make us feel heavy and burdened. It can affect work and home relationships.

Have you felt or held on to one of these above?

Let me know…..or left me know if you want support to set it free.
