I’ve seen so much about what your word of the year is.

I have to be honest and say I’ve never seen this before, not on a personal level.

Having had discussions about it, I decided to have a word and it’s going to be Courage (or as my daughter says, be kind and have courage like Cinderella!!)

So I’m going to have Courage (Emotional) to:

* Get out there and show my face (I’m not great at that, be it in person or on a SM platform)

* Put myself out there, say what I think and feel and not be afraid of the reply, be it good, bad or a “right back at ya” response

* Say what I feel without fear of judgement or criticism

* Not worry if I don’t get something done as I’m sat on the end of little ones bed as she didn’t want me to leave until she fell asleep

* Not feel I have to explain myself for every decision I make

* Sometimes put myself first

* Be brave, be a human being rather just a human doing what I feel I “should” be

* Rid myself of the negative beliefs, that I and others put on me

* Say No!

* Stand up and say, these are my services, they work, they help and support, this is me

* Kick butt in this seasons netball league!!

* Get the tattoo of little ones handwriting, that I’ve wanted for ages

* and finally to go get back on that horse, literally!

Having a clear mindset will help me get there, I am also very visual. I like to see what I’m doing and what I’m thinking.

Seeing it written down or a vision board really helps.

Have you got a word?

Do you need support to reach it?

How will you make sure you support yourself?

Drop me a message and tell me what yours is.
